Fee Payment Confirmation
Once the fee is paid and successfully processed, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

Non-Refundable Fees
Admission fees, registration fees, and any one-time payments are non-refundable under any circumstances

Refund for Cancelled Courses/Events
If a course, workshop, or school-organized event is canceled by us, a full or partial refund (as applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

Request for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to accounts@vidhutschool.com within 7 days of the payment date, along with proof of payment and a valid reason

Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the administration. The decision of the school management will be final

Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on the payment gateway and bank
